
APGA Faithfuls Takes To The Streets Of Awka After Yesterday’s Kano Court Judgement
Just yesterday, an Appeal Court sitting in Kano has ruled in favor of Victor Oye/ Soludo fraction of APGA. Not satisfied with the judgement, the Jude Okeke/ Umeoji fraction had allegedly proceeded to the Supreme Court.
Many analysts and legal practioners had faulted the judgement of the Kano Appeal Court
Not withstanding this alleged errors in the judgement and the move of the Jude Okeke/ Umeoji fraction to move to the Supreme Court for redress, some APGA faithfuls have taken to the streets of Awka to celebrate their victory at the Appeal Court Yesterday.
Like the Igbos will say, “a bird at hand is better than ten thousands in the bush.” Indeed one victory deserves to be celebrated.
