Barr. C. C. Ozumba (CJ-Priest), former Secretary of the Young Progressive Party, YPP has written to the National Chairman of the party over discrimination, victimization and unconstitutional exclusion from YPP electioneering process towards the 2023 General Elections.
In his six (6) page letter addressed to the National Chairman of the Young Progressive Party and signed by Solicitor to Barr. C. C. Ozumba, Ozumba has stated that they cannot fathom the reason why the National Secretary of the party refused to issue the party’s form to them on the grounds that Senator Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah instructed them not to sell the party’s nomination/ Expression of Interest form to him.
He further expressed his disappoinment as Ozumba was a former Secretary of the party and has the right to pick it’s party’s Nomination/ Expression of Interest form ahead of the 2023 election.
Ozumba has threatened to sue/ seek redress in the court of law except the National body of YPP addresses the issue and save the party of this intending shame.
Bar. C. C Ozumba is seeking to contest for the Anambra State House of Assembly to represent Dunukofia under the Young Progressive Party, YPP.
