2023 Elections: Sen. Uche Ekwunife, PDP, Drums Support For Atiku, Holds Solidarity Rally In Awka

The People’s Democratic Party, PDP, today, Tuesday, 01 November 2022 held a Solidarity rally for it’s presidential candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubarka in Awka.
The rally which was said to have been organized by Senator Uche Ekwuife, Senator representing Anambra Central Senatorial District and PDP flagbearer for Anambra Central Senatorial District took off at Alex Ekwueme Square, Awka, Anambra State.
The rally which was greeted with lots of negative reactions from supporters of Mr Peter Obi and believers of Igbo Presidency.
Recall that few weeks ago, during the Presidential Election Flag off in Akwa-Ibom, the Senator was said to have addressed Mr. Peter Obi, Labour Party’s Presidential Candidate as a “kindergarten” president which recieved lots of reactions and was quickly refuted by her media aides.
Indeed this would most likely play negative roles in her Senatorial ambition as many are already hellbent on voting her out for strongly supporting Alhaji Atiku Abubarka against Igbo Presidency.
There were also unconfirmed reports that participants were paid N10,000 each to attend the rally.
