
Breaking News: Court Takes Stand On Soludo’s Forgery Case For Anambra 2021
Federal High Court Abuja sitting today 1st December 2021, has dismissed the suit seeking the disqualification of Anambra State Governor-Elect, Prof Charles Chukwuma Soludo
Today at the Federal High Court, Abuja the suit challenging the qualification of Anambra State Governor Elect, Prof Charles Soludo has been dismissed by His Lordship, Hon Justice Taiwo of the Federal High court, awards cost of 2million naira against the Plaintiffs.
Recall that after the Anambra November 6 Governorship Election, INEC the election umpire had declared Prof. Charles Chukwuma Soludo of The All Progressive Grand Alliance, APGA as the winner of the keenly contested Anambra Governorship Race.
Shortly after the declaration, a case of falsification of documents was filed against Prof. Charles Chukwuma Soludo at the Abuja High Court.
The Plaintiffs had claimed that Prof. Charles Soludo was contesting for Aguata Constituency 2 rather than the Anambra Governorship Election as to the documents he filed.
Today, at the Abuja High Court, Hon Justice Taiwo had dismissed the case.
