
The CID Department of the Nigerian Police Force have issued an invitation letter to Harrison Gwamnishu, DG, Behind Bars Family over an alleged murder case.
Recall that Harrison Gwamnishu has recently been very involved in the fight for the release of Miss Glory Okorie who was allegedly said to have been in the custody of the Nigerian Police since 17th June 2021.
According to a statement by the Nigerian Police Force, she was arrested over her involvement with an IPOB Member. Accordingly, she was said to be a spy and the human rights activists who recently visited Omoyele Sowere, has been in the forefront to secure the release of Miss Glory Okorie.
In the letter issued to Harrison Gwamnishu which was signed by DCP, Polycarp C. Dibia, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Criminal Investigation Department on behalf of the Nigerian Police Force, the Police have invited the human rights activists over to their office in Benin for an interview over an alleged murder investigation.
The human rights activists had disclosed this on his Facebook page. According to him:
Invitation for case of MURDER.
Killed no one and witnessed no killing. Murder case against my person by the Nigeria Police Force.
My name is Harrison Gwamnishu and I move regardless of distractions.
