
Federal Government Completes The New Nigeria/ Cameroon Joint Border Bridge
Basic infrastructural development are very important for the development of any community, state or country. Also having good trade connecting routes is of great importance.
The Minister of Works and Housing Minister, Babatunde Fashola yesterday 26th July 2021, inspected the newly built Nigeria/Cameroon Joint Border Bridge at MFUM/EKOK and lkom Bridge in Cross River State which the Federal Government had attracted from The African Development Bank (AFDB) and is expected to link trade between ECOWAS States.
About 430 Million Dollars has already been budgeted for the project by the bank and it is expected to be completed this year.
He expressed his satisfaction on the level of works done so far and further stated the APCs led government of Buhari’s readiness to do more and attract more development to the country.
