Gov. Hope Uzodimma Appoints Hon. Justice Theresa Eberechukwu Chukwuemeka-Chikeka as the Acting Chief Judge of Imo State.
In line with section 271, sub-section 4 of the 1999 constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria as amended, I have approved the appointment of Hon. Justice Theresa Eberechukwu Chukwuemeka-Chikeka as the Acting Chief Judge of Imo State.
Justice T. E. Chukwuemeka-Chikeka who was sworn-in today, succeed Justice Ijeoma Aguguo whose tenure has elapsed, pending ratification by the National Judicial Council.
I am confident that the Acting Chief Judge would consolidate on our judicial system by bringing her wealth of experience and knowledge to bear.
