
IDEMILI SOUTH POLITICAL APPOINTEES HELD STRATEGIC MEETING.

Ahead of the forthcoming Anambra Gubernatorial Election slated for November 6th, a coalition of Political Appointees across Idemili South Council Area of the State has kick started plans toward ensuring maximum votes for the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA).
This was, as the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Political Matters, Dr Vero, yesterday, Saturday, September 18, convened a strategic meeting in her Awka Etiti home.
In her speech, Dr Vero Okechukwu welcome everyone who carved out time to attend the meeting. She emphasised the importance of unity, team spirit/ team work and possible strategy to engage inorder to ensure APGA victory come November 6th Gubernatorial election.
Continuing, Dr Vero charged the Appointees to channel their energy towards routing out eligible voters across the wards, to vote for APGA in the election, adding that they will not spare a vote for the opposition party while emphasizing on the role of Political Appointees in electioneering processes.
On his part, Hon Nwabufo Nwankwo pointed out some of the problems and solutions to the challenges facing APGA across the various wards in the Council Area. Hon Nwabufo’s speech was corroborated by other Political Appointees.
The Appointees brainstormed and agreed on other good measures to adopt, to ensure that APGA wins landslide in the November 6th Election. They further posited that no other Political Party has ground in the wards and assured Dr Vero Okechukwu of their readiness to discharging their duties diligently.
In addition, Chief Julian Sunny Okechukwu, Dr Vero’s husband was also there for the Appointees.
The meeting ended with great excitement as all the Appointees present expressed their readiness for the election.
