
Imo State Government Meets With US Ambassador, Reaffirms Commitment To It’s Partnership On COVID-19

Gov. Hope Uzodimma, the executive Governor of Imo State has today met with the United States Ambassadorial team and integrated the states commitment to it’s partnership on a COVID-19 vaccination in the State.
Gov. Hope Uzodimma while addressing the delegation present, called on the people of Imo State to support the mission against the deadly virus.
The governor also commended Kathleen Fitzgibbon, US Deputy Chief of Mission and her team for their support in the fight against the deadly pandemic, COVID-19. He disclosed the partnership with the US for an all expense paid vaccine and encouraged them to take advantage of the opportunity.
Speaking at the occasion, the US delegation headed by Kathleen Fitzgibbon, appreciated the Imo State Government for his efforts in meeting the desired needs of the people while commending the Governor for his political will in support to keep his people safe.
