RE: IGWE AGULU CONDENMS IDEMILI AGULU LAKE SHRINE VISIT BY PETER OBI AND VALENTINE OZIGBO.
HRH Igwe Obodoakor, the Igwe of AGULU have received with dismay the falsehood been peddled and circulated online by enemies of peace and tranquility in our society.
According to the publication, it was alleged that on Thursday the 23rd of September, 2021 at about 10:30 PM in the night, Chief Peter Obi the former governor of Anambra State and Valentine Ozigbo, the Candidate of PDP in the coming election were guests to the Chief Priest of Idemmili Shrine for oath taking. Their mission is for Val Ozigbo to swear before the Idemmili diety that he will be loyal to Chief Peter Obi and will take instructions and directives from if he wins the coming governorship election.
This report is not just false but also a lie from the pit of hell that’s targeted by the perpetrators to cause chaos and breach peace between the Igwe and Mr. Peter Obi.
The Igwe therefore condenms such report and accusations and have since distance himself and the Royal office from anything relating to such.
It’s important to note that Mr.Peter Obi has been an upright man, a religious and dedicated good son of ANAMBRA STATE and have displayed his love for the well being of the state through his selfless services during and after his time as the governor of ANAMBRA STATE.
The Igwe therefore urges the perpetrators of such malicious and laughable accusations to desist from engaging in activities that will undermine the peace of ndi Agulu and ANAMBRA STATE.
