PARTY FAITHFULS DEMANDS FOR THE RESIGNATION OF PDP NATIONAL CHAIRMAN AS CRISIS DEEPENS
Yesterday, 7 executive members of the People’s Democratic Party has resigned from their executive positions. Most of whom were the Deputy Executive Members of the National Working Committee (NWC).
Addressing the issue, the National Youth Leader of PDP, Hon Udeh Okoye in a Zoom call with Channels TV on “Politics Today,” has yesterday, called for the immediate resignation of Secondus. He noted that those who resigned had resigned due to mismanagement by the National Chairman of the party.
According to him, 7 Executive Members of a party cannot resign at the same time in a properly working party with an efficient leadership. He further stated that failure of the Secondus, the National Chairman of the Party to resign, will warrant resignation from him and many others.
So far, the National Chairman and the resigned members has refused to speak to the press. As such, we are get to know the major reason for their resignation.
