Given the current situation in Jos, Plateau State and the increasing unrest, the National Assembly in Collaboration with the National Association of Berom Students is set to evacuate students from the University hostels to ensure their safety.

Plateau state House of Assembly in collaboration with National Union of Berom Students (NUBES) wishes to inform the general public that there will be vehicles available to evacuate students from the University of Jos campus, students who reside at Jos South, Jos East , Barkin Ladi axis and Students who live far can also prepare to evacuate the hostel to their various houses..

Lastly, parents with vehicles who wish to pick their children in the hostel should convey themselves to Operation Rainbow HQ @ House of assembly in order to move alongside the security personnels coming to the hostels..
