Scarcity Of Fuel Hits Nigerian Airlines, Seriously Affecting Operations; Airpeace Cries Out

 

Airpeace, one of the prominent airline companies in the Country has cried out over the scarcity of Jet fuel.

 

In a statement issued on Wednesday, 09 March 2022, Airpeace has noted that the Company and other Nigerian Airlines have for sometime now, been experiencing “jet fuel” scarcity.

 

According to them, they have tried consistently for better solutions but to no avail. The management noted that the scarcity is seriously impacting on their operations which would likely lead to some disruptions in flights “today and in the coming days until the situation abates”

 

Recall that there have been recent fuel scarcity roaming in the country. Although, the Federal Government have insisted in the availability of fuel, residents and commuters have continued to complain about the scarcity of fuel in the country and the high cost of fuel in stations where it’s available.
