Security Alert: US Issues Fresh Warnings To Nigeria/ Citizens In Abuja

The US has again issued warning of security threat to Nigeria and it’s citizens in Abuja.
In a post shared on it’s official handle, the U.S. Mission Nigeria has yet again advised it’s citizens to leave Abuja as a result of threat of terrorism attack.
The post reads:
Security Alert: We recommend U.S. citizens do not travel to Abuja. @StateDept ordered the departure of family members of USG employees from Abuja due to the risk of terrorist attacks. U.S. citizens should consider departing Abuja using commercial options
Recall that earlier, the US embassy had issues a statement notifying Nigeria and it’s citizens of possible terrorism attack especially in Abuja.
They also took further steps in evacuating it’s citizens from the state.
