Zenith Bank Plc; Is it a crime banking with you?- Customer Cries Out
A Zenith Bank Customer, Joy AnGel Itua has taken to her Facebook wall to cry over an unfair treated she had faced from Zenith Bank, her preferred bank.
According to her, Zenith Bank has a poor response customer service team.
She stated this:
I have had nothing but problems with your terrible service.
It has been over 13 days already. Can I please get a reversal for my 20,000 debit.
I am not sure how a bank operates without customer service… you call and stay on the phone while your airtime suffers yet no response.
Send emails and get automated messages instead of humans who actually read and understand a problem.
Chat them on their supposed verified platforms as instructed yet no response.
Go to their bank and they say they are on it.
Can I have my money already?
